COST: 4 day package per adult
is only $400 and $200 for children 12 and under,
(Which includes meals.) Day rates $125\ adult
and $62.50 for children 12 and under.

DEPOSIT: $200.00 per person is
required with registration to hold and confirm
your space. $100.00 deposit per child 12 and
under. Please note that children under 18 must
be accompanied by an adult.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment
required at day of registration. Before wagon train departs.
CANCELLATIONS: A full refund
(less a $25.00 processing fee) will be made if
the cancellation is received in writing by June
30th. After this date, a full refund will be
made only if your space is resold.
RESPONSIBILITY: This wagon
train is arranged by the West River Teamsters (WRT).
WRT does not assume liability for injury,
damage, accidents, loss, delay or irregularity
which may be occasioned by reason of defect in
any vehicle or for failure to carry out such
arrangements as mentioned. WRT reserves the
right to modify the schedule as circumstances
may require to expedite the trail ride and
assure the safety of the trail ride
participants, including dismissal of
participant(s) exhibiting unruly, abusive or
disruptive behavior. Each Wagon Train
participant will be required to sign a "Waiver
and Release" Form prior to departure.
